Several Houstonians were beyond pissed when the Houston Open Air music festival was cancelled on account of bad weather. Unlike Saturday, where concert goers were allowed back into NRG once the weather calmed down, the festival was shut down entirely on Sunday. They were evacuated because of a fast approaching storm and not allowed to return as a result of the dangerous lightning.
Thankfully the organization be refunding a portion of the tickets sales!
