There is a company in California that actually pays their employees $2,000 to go on vacation. The only catch is that they actually HAVE to go on vacation. They don’t get the money unless they take off work and get away for while.
They have 250 employees and the system works so well that since they implemented it in 2010 only FIVE employees have left!
The CEO says that the policy transformed the company! He said, quote, “I actually want you to go somewhere you enjoy”. His employees are now WAY more productive and happy! Like I said, they must be because only FIVE have left in SIX years! That a pretty awesome retention rate.
So I know what you’re thinking, how do I get a job there? It’s tough, cause no one ever quits!
