After hanging out on Facebook for a while, it’s possible to find yourself sad or angry with so many emotional posts and TMI for friends and sometimes random friends. This is all new to us, the whole social media world, so many people are finding it hard to separate their real lives with that of social media. It’s easy to become emotionally attached to a story or person’s views but it can be so draining! So how do we find a way to feel great after a few hours of surfing?

*Use Fewer Platforms- It’s overwhelming, one to another to another to another
*Avoid the Hate Follow – don’t follow people who make you feel bad
*Chime in With Friends- You can be a ghost/creeper
*But Ignore Trolls- not worth it, creates more/longer drama
*Go Online When You are Mad Too- Just let it out
*Scroll at Set Times-Try to not to pick up the phone on off-time
