Tornado Touches Down Damages 50 Homes In Sienna Plantation

The first major effects of Hurricane Harvey were felt in the early Saturday morning hours when a tornado seemed to touch down in Fort Bend County in the community of Sienna Plantation.

Around 1 am reports of a tornado started hitting social media from residents and Saturday Morning neighbors were banning together to help those hit by the storm.

According to ABC 13, roofs were ripped off and many trees were damaged during the storm.

Fort Bend county has a tornado Watch until 1pm on Saturday.
